FIND YOUR PASSION OUTSIDE THE FRIDGE

1. To fill your emotional need in a healthy way.

2. To get rid of hidden accumulated stress.

3. To feel included (so anxiety and anger won't cripple on you).

Exercise should be a celebration of what our body can do, not a punishment for what you ate.

It's never too late. A gentleman started learning Tango at 75 years old! He is now 82 but looks 60!

WHY DANCE?

Many will think, "No, I am not a good dancer". "I have 2 left feet". "I don't like dancing".

We have high expectations of ourselves, that nobody else has for us.

Were we born knowing how to talk, walk and drive?

IT TAKES TIME TO LEARN. GO FOR IT.

It is not for skilled people only.

Have you ever danced like a nutter in your bedroom?

If not, give it a try, play your favourite song out loud (respect your neighbours), let the energy flow.

A girl mentioned Zumba was expensive, £7 an hour which I personally find it too cheap considering the joy I get from dancing to happy music.

I used to drink fizzy drinks, and I had a bit of a belly. I refuse to go to a boring gym, but I knew I wanted to lose weight somehow.

I started dancing in heels in Tango.

You burn calories without even noticing it.

My sister said my body had a nicer defined shape.

I tried also Salsa, Bachata and now sticking to Zumba as it's far easier and you don't need to depend on a partner.

There are lots of dances you can try. YouTube it, be curious. There is nothing sexier than a person that enjoys dancing.

UNABLE TO DANCE?

I only emphasise the dance because the connection we feel with the music and meeting like-minded people is amazing.

You can of course look for a different hobby that you feel more comfortable with.
