BE CURIOUS

I can make you feel vibrant, look forward to having fun, learning more. I can delay your signs of ageing, making you look and feel a lot younger than you are. I can give you confidence and cherished memories. I can inspire you to correct your posture. I can make your muscles, mind and body strong. I release stress easily, giving your organs and bones a good shake inside out. I can produce serotonin like there is no tomorrow, in your body.

Everyone will be able to see the positive change I can bring to you. I will nourish every relationship I can indirectly. I can make you remember all your dreams and ambitions. If you have a buried talent, I will dig it out again, so you can make use of it again. I can make you become a graceful person who radiates happiness, exuberates elegance, with a fit body, and super cool moves, when you dance.

I can make up for most of the bad times. You can meet new people. You will be able to feel the music with every cell of your body, like you never did before. You always have two choices. And a curious person will end up choosing my dancing path, when they are ready to join.

If you dance, congratulations, not many know the beauty of this art. If you used to dance, I am waiting to make you glow again. If you haven’t danced but you’d like to, absolutely go for it. Wait for no one. Partners are rarely needed. Practise makes perfect. If you think you never will, at least you can try it once. Exercise should be a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for what you ate.

Why dance? Because stress is a silent killer. You think you are under control, and then WHAM! Your body has a fight or flight reaction. It lies invisible under our skin, making our muscles tight. Some people get headaches, migraines, back pain, heart attack, etc. We should move our muscles daily, to release the stress we accumulate.

You might think you don’t have time to exercise. Nobody is more important than your health. Stress will force you to slow down, if you don’t make time for yourself.

If you think you don’t have the money, think again: alcohol = depressor and full of calories, dance = buzzing for life! If you don’t pay to prevent the disease, you will have to pay to fix it. Sometimes not even money can fix it.

Warning: enjoyable exercise contains highly addictive ingredients, such as happiness, thrill, love, pleasure, passion, excitement, connection, freedom, joy and bliss. In 7 out of 10 cases it takes over a person’s life.

BEFORE

- I thought I was a "Pritt" stick. Yes, a "Pritt" stick!! (No offence :)

- I always wanted to be asked to dance.

- I never wanted to dance close to a man.

- I didn't want to go to places alone.

- I had a bit of a belly.

AFTER


I am still a ''Pritt" stick but I move and learn faster.

I dance, even without being asked.

I actually enjoy dancing with a man that can lead well.

I go everywhere alone, you meet more people.

I lost weight after dancing in heels.
