RESILIENCE
BUILDING

Vow to Improve began the year my tennis elbow refused to heal. After twelve months of pain, I asked myself: Is there something I’m doing — or not doing — that’s stopping my body from recovering?

I started paying attention to everything around me: how I moved, how I rested, what I carried emotionally, what I ignored mentally. I found things I could do to ease the pain, reduce the strain, and stop re‑injuring myself.

Improvement isn’t a fast transformation. It’s noticing. Adjusting. Trying again.

Here, you’ll find guidance for strengthening every part of you — body, mind and soul.

Your body posture

Find the everyday patterns that contribute to upper‑body discomfort — and the practical shifts that help us feel stronger, lighter, and more supported.

MIND

Your mindset is the difference between “this is impossible” and “this is figure‑out‑able.” Not because the situation changes, but because you do. When you understand how your thoughts shape your reactions, you gain leverage — the kind that helps you stay steady, solve problems, and move forward with less friction.

BODY

The body is always speaking — through posture, tension, energy, and even illness. When we learn to notice these signals, we can respond earlier, support ourselves better, and move through life with more strength and clarity. Awareness doesn’t remove challenges, but it helps us meet them with steadier ground.

SOUL

The soul is where our stories, wounds, hopes, and strengths live. When we understand what shapes us — our relationships, our self‑worth, our patterns — we can begin to choose differently. This space explores the deeper layers of growth: the beliefs we outgrow, the confidence we rebuild, and the connection we create with ourselves.
